Abstract
Introdução: O presente artigo analisa a responsabilidade do ergonomista na sua atuação profissional, com repercussões na esfera civil, administrativa, criminal, ética e política.Objetivos: O objetivo geral do estudo é analisar os aspectos e os contornos da responsabilidade do profissional ergonomista em sua atuação profissional.Referencial teórico: A responsabilidade civil é baseada no mandamento que determina uma indenização diante de um dano causado a alguém, seja por omissão ou ação.No campo administrativo o ergonomista é demandado quando atuante em ambiente que seja vinculado a serviço público ou privado.No contexto penal o ergonomista pode sofrer sanções de privação da liberdade frente a atos que tenha cometido e se configurem como tipos penais previstos no Código Penal ou lei extravagante.No âmbito ético, cada profissional vai ser penalizado diante de seu conselho de classe.A responsabilidade política advêm da Lei da Ficha Limpa que torna inelegível o profissional que sofrer exclusão da profissão em processo ético-disciplinar.Metodologia: Para melhor compreender os questionamentos do estudo foi identificada a vertente jurídico-dogmática como a mais apropriada, com estrutura de raciocínio dedutivoindutivo.Resultados: A violação de expectativas de comportamento do ergonomista ocorre no desrespeito a uma norma técnica ou jurídica, que é uma fratura nas expectativas normativas dos trabalhadores de serem reconhecidos, o que leva ao ergonomista ser questionado em suas condutas.Conclusão: A responsabilização civil, administrativa, criminal,
