Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The article considers data on the epidemiology of cognitive impairment in patients with severe CHF in the Russian Federation and abroad. Information is provided on methods for screening dementia in such patients using Montreal cognitive test and some of its variations, as well as the MMSE test. The review article also describes the fundamental pathogenetic links in the development of cognitive impairment in CHF. Information on the topic was used from publications based on the PubMed and Google Scholar databases, and the depth of coverage was 5 years.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
