Abstract
L’évaluation de l’incapacité de travail rend les esprits des professionnels et des assurés sociaux perplexes. Le problème est cependant ancestral, technique et tellement politisé que toute réforme semble vouée à l’échec. Cette note fait état de réflexions personnelles et de travaux qui se sont tenus dans la Commission n° 1bis du Collège national de médecine d’assurance sociale en matière d’incapacité de travail.
