Abstract
Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 59 phục hình của 22 người bệnh tại bệnh viện đa khoa Đống Đa năm 2023 nhằm đánh giá độ sát khít của phục hình cố định của đối tượng trên. Kết quả về độ sát khít của phục hình cố định và đường hoàn tất răng trụ cho thấy: Trên lâm sàng, có 62,7% phục hình đạt sự khít sát hoàn toàn giữa bờ viền phục hình với cùi răng, 37,3% phục hình không khít sát hoàn toàn. Kết quả về độ tiếp xúc của phục hình cố định và thân răng kế cận, khảo sát trên 110 bề mặt cho thấy có 45,5% bề mặt tiếp xúc tốt với răng kế cận, 30,9% bề mặt tiếp xúc hở, 25,5% bề mặt tiếp xúc chặt. Tỷ lệ phục hình tiếp xúc không tốt ở nhóm răng lắp phục hình < 12 tháng là 40%, từ 12 tháng đến 2 năm (30%), từ 2 đến 5 năm (69,5%), trên 5 năm (81,8%).
