Abstract
Volunteers of Telecenter are unsung hero in contributing to the development of telecenters.Telecenter is a special program for rural transform which is 'urban the rural through cyber ' under the Rural Development Vision Policy (2001-2010) and the New Economic Model (2011Model ( -2015)).Urban the rural through cyber means developed telecenter facility like communication facilities, Internet technology and online lerning direct to rural communities.The objective is to bridge the digital devide between rural and urban communities to wide digital opportunities.Most telecenter in Malaysia are develop from top-down that have full support form government.This apporoach will not success without support by volunteers who serve the community and telecenter as volunteers. .Intelligent Collaboration between the government, private sector, NGOs, telecenter managers and villagers are very important for the successful and sustainable telecenters.As a result, this discussion shows how the volunteers of telecenter managers can achieve a community service program through cyberspace on a case study Medan Info Desa (MID) or Mini-RTC project by Ministry of Rural and Regional Development ( MRRD ).
