Abstract
La mission du Centre d'expertise et de formation sur les intégrismes religieux, les idéologies politiques et la radicalisation (CEFIR) est de répondre à un besoin institutionnel d'information sur le phénomène de l'intégrisme religieux, des idéologies politiques et de la radicalisation dans la société québécoise et canadienne.L'objectif du CEFIR est de développer l'expertise sur le sujet en rassemblant des spécialistes universitaires et collégiaux de diverses disciplines universitaires et les acteurs du milieu pour stimuler la recherche fondamentale et appliquée pour ensuite mener des recherches qui serviront à produire des contenus de formation.Le CEFIR est situé au cégep Édouard-Montpetit à Longueuil.Ses partenaires principaux sont le cégep de Saint-Hyacinthe, le cégep Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, le Collège militaire royal de Saint-Jean et le cégep de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue.
