Joséane Beaulieu-April est doctorante en sémiologie à l'UQAM.Ses recherches portent sur la notion de communauté chez des collectifs québécois d'édition et de production de poésie.Elle s'est d'abord fait remarquer comme coéditrice de la revue de grève Fermaille et comme coéditrice aux Éditions de la Tournure.Son premier recueil de poésie, Goulka, est paru en mars 2015.Elle est critique pour Estuaire depuis 2018.Reconnue pour ses performances ludiques, inventives et théâtrales, son univers incorpore aussi la musique.On peut présentement l'entendre au sein du groupe La Fièvre.Karim Chagnon détient une maîtrise en traductologie de l'Université Concordia et poursuit actuellement un doctorat en sémiologie à l'UQAM où iel enseigne la littérature.Sa recherche doctorale, sous la direction de Sylvano Santini et de Dalie Giroux, est soutenue par le FRQSC.Celle-ci porte sur le rôle de la traduction dans les rapports de force entre les langues autochtones et les langues coloniales au Québec et au Canada ainsi que la façon dont la traduction décoloniale est à l'œuvre dans les pratiques artistiques et culturelles autochtones.Karim a contribué aux revues TTR, Intermédialités, Circuit, Estuaire, Spirale et Trahir et travaille actuellement comme traducteur•trice pour des centres d'artistes autochtones.
