The article examines the current state of educational activity, outlines the prospects for its further development in view of the influence of general world trends. An analysis of the features of the current labor market was carried out, the current requirements for the professional qualifications of future personnel in the art and teaching field and their compliance with the requests of employers and stakeholders were clarified. The content of the key elements of conducting and choral training of students of professional pre-higher and higher education is defined, the expediency of implementing the method of forming choral management skills in the process of their professional training is argued.
