Abstract
L’auteure explore le processus de formation pour devenir psychothérapeute de groupe via son expérience d’apprentissage et d’intégration dans un organisme communautaire. Le cadre de travail et les conditions de formation spécifiques à cet organisme sont explorés, suivis d’éléments théoriques. Le travail dans un dispositif de groupe d’approche psychanalytique, et le développement d’une pensée qui contextualise la psyché individuelle dans ses liens groupaux, s’acquiert par l’expérience de processus favorisant un remaniement sur le plan identitaire. Ce texte aborde la régression induite par la mise en groupe et l’angoisse de perte des frontières du moi, la honte comme vécu archaïque à la limite soi-autre, l’élaboration des transferts du groupe primaire sur les groupes secondaires et l’interrogation du désir à prendre place dans un groupe en tant que psychothérapeute. Ce travail psychique à l’articulation de l’individuel et du collectif est au coeur du travail qu’il sera question de favoriser avec le groupe de psychothérapie.
