<p>Le 30 mai 2023 marque une étape importante dans l’enseignement du droit international économique au Québec avec la tenue de la première édition du colloque étudiant de la Chaire de recherche sur les nouveaux enjeux de la mondialisation économique (NEME). Cet événement offre aux jeunes chercheur.e.s une tribune, un forum de débats et un espace de dialogue avec des chercheur.e.s et praticien.ne.s établi.e.s pour présenter et débattre de leurs travaux sur les diverses facettes des enjeux émergents liés à la mondialisation économique.</p><p>La thématique de ce premier colloque s’inscrivait dans une actualité alors immédiate: la mondialisation économique, une force indéniable qui transcende les relations internationales et l’économie. Cette dynamique suscite en permanence de nouvelles interrogations, renforçant ainsi le besoin croissant de recherche sur ces enjeux contemporains. Les acteurs de ce mouvement planétaire, avides de données, de réponses, d’arguments et de réflexions, poursuivent inlassablement leur quête pour appréhender les défis et les discussions qui accompagnent ce phénomène.</p><p>Sous la direction de Richard Ouellet et Van Anh Ly, le présent ouvrage collectif trouve son origine dans cette initiative, réunissant les contributions du colloque en quatre parties thématiques. L’ouvrage vise à offrir une perspective large sur les défis mondiaux présents et à venir, abordant des questions audacieuses et invitant à une réflexion profonde et à la mise en action. Par son contenu varié et pluridisciplinaire, l’ouvrage intéressera sans doute tous les chercheur.e.s, les étudiant.e.s et les acteur.trice.s intéressé.e.s par les nouveaux enjeux de la mondialisation économique.</p>
