Bien qu’on en parle de plus en plus, les cultures toxiques restent omniprésentes dans les milieux de travail. Celles-ci se maintiennent au détriment du bien-être des employés et des gestionnaires, en plus d’avoir un effet réel sur l’image que les organisations projettent. Mais quels sont donc les mécanismes qui contribuent à leur maintien, malgré tous les efforts et les investissements mis de l’avant par les entreprises afin de favoriser des milieux de travail sains ?
