StreszczeniePęcherzowe oddzielanie się naskórka nazywane jest skórą motyla (łac.epidermolysis bullosa -EB).Choroba jest genetycznie uwarunkowaną rzadką dermatozą skórną.Celem pracy było określenie problemów pielęgnacyjnych noworodka z EB na przykładzie studium przypadku.Badaniem objęto noworodka, u którego występowały zmiany skórne na obu stopach, prawej dłoni i lewym podudziu, pojedyncze pęcherze pod pachami, na pośladkach, drobniejsze na twarzy; pęknięte i przyschnięte na owłosionej skórze głowy, ubytki epidermy po pękniętych pęcherzach w obrębie jamy ustnej i warg sromowych.Wielokierunkowe działania pozwalają na rozwiązanie najistotniejszych problemów pielęgnacyjnych noworodka z EB oraz złagodzenie jego cierpienia.W opiece pielęgniarskiej nad pacjentem z EB nieoceniony jest profesjonalizm oraz postępowanie zgodne z aktualną wiedzą medyczną, szczególnie w zakresie zaopatrywania ran i profilaktyki zakażeń.
