Abstract. Cilegon City is one of the cities with the designation of an industrial city located at the western tip of the island of Java where most of the activities in this city are engaged in industry. In line with the government's efforts to meet the standards for the availability of green open space in the center of the sub-district, as much as possible each sub-district has green open space to reduce pollutants generated from industrial activities and as public and social facilities in supporting community activities such as socializing, playing, exercising etc. Based on the above problems, the purpose of this research is to produce a thorough and in-depth study and analysis of locations suitable for developing green open space in the Cibeber sub-district center in Cilegon City. The method used in this research is quantitative by analyzing the need for sub-district center green space based on population and analyzing the suitability of sub-district center green space location through overlay and scoring methods on 6 parameters for determining the location of sub-district center green open space development, namely the suitability of the RTH location plan with accessibility, in the vicinity of settlements, the required land area of at least 15,000 m², existing land use, land ownership status and slope level. Based on the results of the calculation of the standard RTH needs of the sub-district center which is calculated based on the population of one Cibeber sub-district and multiplied by per capita needs (0.2m2), the area of RTH land needs in 2043 is 19,466 m2 and after conducting the overlay analysis process there are 1,777 m2 of land suitable for RTH development. then direct observation is carried out and adjusted to the results of the analysis, 2 candidate locations are obtained for the development of green open space in the center of the sub-district, namely in the Kedungbaya neighborhood of Kalitimbang village with an area of 20,137 m2 and Jalan Teuku Umar Kedaleman Village with an area of 18,352 m2. Abstrak. Kota Cilegon merupakan salah satu kota dengan sebutan kota industri yang berada di ujung barat pulau jawa dimana sebagian besar kegiatan yang ada di kota ini bergerak pada bidang industri. Sejalan dengan itu upaya pemerintah dalam memenuhi standar ketersediaan RTH pusat Kecamatan maka sebisa mungkin setiap Kecamatan memiliki ruang terbuka hijau untuk mereduksi polutan yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan industri dan sebagai fasilitas umum maupun sosial dalam mendukung kegiatan masyarakat seperti bersosialisasi, bermain, berolahraga dll. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan kajian dan analisis secara menyeluruh dan mendalam terhadap lokasi yang sesuai untuk dikembangkan RTH pusat Kecamatan di Cibeber Kota Cilegon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan menganalisis kebutuhan RTH pusat Kecamatan berdasarkan jumlah penduduk dan menganilisis kesesuaian lokasi RTH pusat Kecamatan melalui metode overlay dan skoring terhadap 6 parameter penentuan lokasi pengembangan ruang terbuka hijau pusat Kecamatan yaitu kesesuaian rencana lokasi RTH dengan aksesibilitas, berada di sekitar permukiman, luas lahan yang dibutuhkan minimal 15.000 m², penggunaan lahan eksisting, status kepemilikan lahan dan tingkat kemiringan lereng. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan standar kebutuhan RTH pusat Kecamatan yang dihitung berdasarkan jumlah penduduk satu Kecamatan Cibeber dan dikalikan kebutuhan perkapita (0,2m2) maka luas kebutuhan lahan RTH pada tahun 2043 sebesar 19.466 m2 dan setelah melakukan proses analisis overlay terdapat 1.777 m2 lahan yang sesuai untuk pembangunan RTH. kemudian dilakukan observasi langsung serta disesuaikan dengan hasil analisis maka didapatkan 2 calon lokasi untuk pengembangan ruang terbuka hijau pusat Kecamatan yaitu di lingkungan Kedungbaya kelurahan Kalitimbang dengan luas 20.137 m2 dan Jalan Teuku Umar Kelurahan Kedaleman dengan luas 18.352 m2.
