The aim of the research is to identify variables, map influential actors as well as strategic objectives and improvement efforts in accordance with the objectives and priority scale in controlling spatial planning in Cimenyan District. In this research, researchers used MICMAC and MACTOR analysis methods. Based on a study of the role of actors in controlling spatial planning in Cimenyan District, it was found that the most influential variable was government policy. The direction given for controlling spatial planning is that the Regency government or Cimenyan District government must be more firm in implementing policies related to location management in water catchment areas. The most influential actors are the DPUTR, Bappeda, and the Bandung Regency DPRD, with efforts to improve spatial control based on objectives and priority scale, namely improving program implementation and targets with policies regarding spatial planning control, increasing institutional coordination related to spatial planning control and the need for vulnerable control. natural disaster in Cimenyan District Abstrak. Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
