Abstract
L’objectif était d’analyser les inducteurs émotionnels de 61 enseignant⋅e⋅s d’éducation physique et sportive (EPS) en contexte d’éducation prioritaire. Deux-cent-trois incidents critiques ont été catégorisés de manière inductive. Les résultats indiquent une majorité d’inducteurs émotionnels négatifs (55,1 %), répartis en six catégories (par exemple, « Violences d’élèves à l’égard de l’enseignant⋅e »). Les inducteurs émotionnels positifs (44,9 %) sont quant à eux répartis dans trois catégories (par exemple, « Qualité des relations humaines au sein de l’établissement »). Les résultats sont discutés au regard de la nécessaire prise en compte des émotions négatives et positives des enseignant⋅e⋅s d’EPS en éducation prioritaire.
