Abstract
Canada's Indigenous Constitution a été publié il y a déjà dix ans.Je suis reconnaissant envers Dominique Leydet, qui a proposé que ce livre soit traduit en français.Elle m'en a parlé alors que j'étais en congé sabbatique à l'Université McGill, et c'est avec gratitude que j'ai accepté son offre de travailler sur ce projet.Les professeures Leydet, Motard et Nootens m'ont demandé, en guise de préface à l'édition française, de rendre brièvement compte de l'évolution de ce domaine d'études dans la dernière décennie.Les paragraphes qui suivent rendent compte de certains de ces développements.
