Le présent ouvrage traite de l’analyse réflexive en éducation.Il s’adresse principalement aux professeurs et aux enseignants qui œuvrent en formation professionnelle et technique, ainsi qu’à ceux qui se dirigent vers ce domaine d’enseignement. En outre, les étudiants actuellement inscrits dans un de ces programmes y trouveront leur compte, puisque la réalisation de ce livre s’inscrit dans une volonté de les sensibiliser à l’analyse réflexive en leur proposant des textes accessibles en lien direct avec leur cheminement. L’analyse réflexive en enseignement professionnel et technique met en lumière le fait que les enseignants sont profondément habités par la nécessité de penser et de réfléchir à leur propre pratique pédagogique. Ce livre répond à un besoin maintes fois répété et ouvre la voie à une meilleure compréhension des enjeux propres à la formation professionnelle et technique, ainsi qu’à la manière dont l’analyse réflexive contribue à faire progresser ce secteur essentiel au développement socioéconomique du Québec. Alliant théorie et pratique, les différents chapitres contiennent des témoignages d’enseignants, de futurs enseignants et de praticiens. Ils tentent de répondre à des questions fréquemment soulevées par les acteurs de ce milieu et proposent des réflexions issues du travail de reconnaissance des acquis disciplinaires spécifiques à ce type de formation.
