est professeur titulaire en psychologie du travail et des organisations à l'Université de Montréal.Il est auteur ou co-auteur de 16 livres et de plus de 100 articles en psychologie du travail et des organisations ainsi qu'en administration de l'éducation.Il a présenté une centaine de communications scientifiques et professionnelles aux niveaux national et international.Il est aussi professeur associé à l'Université de Mons en Belgique et intervenant auprès de l'Association Internationale d'Audit Social (Paris).Spécialisée en psychologie sociale, Hélène Cardu (Ph.D.) est chercheure au Centre de recherche et d'intervention sur l'éducation et la vie au travail (CRIEVAT) et professeure en sciences de l'orientation au Département des fondements et pratiques en éducation de l'Université Laval.Ses recherches portent sur la construction identitaire professionnelle en situation de mouvance, sur les trajectoires d'insertion socioprofessionnelle des femmes immigrantes en lien avec la déqualification et la résilience, et sur la gestion de la diversité et la rétention de la main d'œuvre issue de l'immigration dans les organisations de travail.Louis Cournoyer est chercheur régulier du CRIEVAT.Il est professeur en counseling de carrière et directeur de la Clinique Carrière de l'Université du Québec à Montréal, ainsi que conseiller d'orientation et superviseur clinique.Ses intérêts de recherche portent sur les processus de prise de décision de carrière d'adolescents et d'adultes, l'influence des relations sociales, ainsi que la vulgarisation scientifique en orientation, notamment par le site Orientationpourtous.co
