Abstract
Le groupe de codéveloppement est une méthode d’apprentissage réunissant de quatre à huit personnes qui prennent tour à tour le rôle de client ou de consultant pour apprendre ensemble et s’entraider. Liés par des expertises partagées ou complémentaires, ils sont guidés par un animateur qui tient un cadre favorisant un processus de consultation dans un espace de recherche conjointe, de bienveillance et d’entraide pour aborder les sujets apportés par chaque participant. Mis au point initialement par Adrien Payette et Claude Champagne ( Le groupe de codéveloppement professionnel , Presses de l’Université du Québec, 1997), le codéveloppement est une méthode d’intelligence collective qui aide les participants à être plus efficaces, conscients et autonomes dans leur activité de même qu’à être reliés entre eux. Il répond à une recherche d’amélioration individuelle et des organisations. Cet ouvrage intéressera les personnes qui souhaitent animer de tels groupes, perfectionner leur pratique ou s’y engager comme participants. Il reprend les fondamentaux, propose des approfondissements et des outils concrets. De nombreux témoignages et contributions illustrent les possibilités de la méthode et posent des regards croisés sur celle-ci.
