Abstract
PT. Sinar Sosro (Kantor Pemasaran Kuningan) berfungsi sebagai distributor minuman ringan yang menerapkan strategi pemasaran langsung kepada konsumen melalui divisi pemasaran, terutama Sales. Sales memiliki tanggung jawab seperti melakukan penawaran, menerima pesanan, menyusun rekapan harga yang terstruktur, dan mengorganisir proses transaksi. Dalam konteks ini, dibutuhkan aplikasi lapangan yang efisien, efektif, dan terstruktur untuk mempermudah operasional bisnis. Tantangan utama melibatkan ketidaksesuaian fungsionalitas dengan kebutuhan pengguna, kinerja aplikasi, integrasi dengan sistem eksternal, dan keamanan data. Kurangnya pemahaman terhadap kebutuhan pengguna, kurangnya pengujian kinerja aplikasi, dan kekurangan praktik keamanan dapat menghambat keberhasilan implementasi.
