Cette fiche se concentre plus spécifiquement sur des enjeux juridiques liés aux formes plus évoluées de SIA (par ex. outils mobilisant un SIA basé sur l’apprentissage automatique ou l’apprentissage profond) considérant les enjeux propres qui en découlent. Ce sont en grande partie ces types de SIA, souvent peu explicables ou interprétables, et sensibles aux biais présents dans les données, qui soulèvent des enjeux éthiques et juridiques nouveaux. Il s'agit de la troisième fiche d'une série de 4 développée dans le cadre d'un mandat réalisé pour le Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec (MSSS).
