Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Vaccination stands as one of the most profound and transformative medical achievements in the annals of human history, contributing to the preservation of innumerable lives through the fortification of the body's defenses against an array of menacing infectious diseases. However, as our comprehension of autoimmune disorders has expanded, a newfound line of inquiry has materialized, probing the potential correlations between vaccines and the genesis of autoimmune disorders. Within this complex and evolving discourse, vaccine adjuvants – those compounds ingeniously incorporated into vaccines to augment the vigor of immune reactions – have assumed a focal point, eliciting keen examination and appraisal. This book chapter endeavors to explore the nexus binding vaccines, autoimmune disorders, and the pivotal role wielded by vaccine adjuvants in sculpting the intricate tapestry of immune responses.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
