Abstract
Ce dossier spécial pour PISTES a comme objectif de clarifier l’usage du concept de travail émotionnel pour instruire les problématiques du travail et de la santé au travail. Le premier numéro vise ainsi à mieux définir le travail émotionnel dans ses perspectives théoriques pour comprendre ses contenus et ses vertus pour l’analyse du travail et la prévention des risques professionnels. Ouvert aux enjeux de santé au travail, le second numéro présente, lui, une série de considérations méthodologiques qui ressortent de l’utilisation pluridisciplinaire du travail émotionnel comme catégorie d’analyse liée à différentes postures d’enquête.
