Abstract

Sistem pembelajaran yang semula pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran online menimbulkan masalah yaitu stres akademik. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh resiliensi akademik dan self efficacy terhadap stres akademik pada peserta didik kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Singaparna Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 293 peserta didik, dan sampel sebanyak 169 peserta didik dengan menggunakan teknik perhitungan rumus slovin serta teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simpel random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner serta teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Resiliensi akademik berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap stres akademik dengan nilai signifikansi 0,039. 2) Self efficacy berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap stres akademik dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. 3) Resiliensi akademik dan self efficacy berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap stres akademik dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000.
