Abstract
Este livro trata-se de uma coletânea pioneira no estado do Maranhão, tendo como principais protagonistas os alunos dos cursos de Educação Física da Faculdade Anhanguera de São Luís. Trata-se do primeiro passo rumo a uma longa trajetória de incentivo à produção científica dos alunos do curso, oportunizando assim a publicação dos Trabalhos de Conclusão de Curso em uma edição rica de temas variados na área da Educação Física. O conteúdo versa sobre temas que abrangem esporte, educação física escolar, saúde, treinamento, doenças crônicas e atividade física.
