Este resumo aborda estratégias educacionais voltadas para comunidades quilombolas, ancoradas em teorias de Paulo Freire, Amartya Sen, Ivan Illich e Vygotsky, entre outros. Destaca-se a premente necessidade de uma educação inclusiva, que assegure acesso universal, infraestrutura adequada e ambientes pedagógicos sensíveis à diversidade. Além disso, enfatiza- se a importância de integrar a cultura quilombola nos currículos escolares e de adotar medidas antirracistas para fomentar uma educação mais justa e igualitária. O investimento na formação docente é considerado crucial, juntamente com o estímulo à participação ativa das famílias e a implementação de políticas de permanência escolar. Essas medidas visam garantir que os alunos permaneçam na escola e concluam seus estudos de forma satisfatória. O texto destaca também a importância da avaliação contínua e da adaptação das políticas educacionais para atender às demandas em constante evolução dessas comunidades. Essa abordagem dinâmica busca promover um futuro educacional mais equitativo e justo, que reconheça e celebre a diversidade cultural e combata efetivamente o racismo estrutural.
