Abstract
A presente pesquisa apresenta considerações acerca das diretrizes educacionais e suas interrupções na capacitação dos profissionais do ensino. A intervenção política está inerente às decisões tomadas no âmbito educativo, exercendo influência direta sobre a prática pedagógica docente. O propósito reside em examinar as políticas educacionais e suas descontinuidades no processo de formação dos educadores. A abordagem metodológica adotada abarca uma perspectiva qualitativa (Minayo, 2016), fundamentada em pesquisa bibliográfica (Macedo, 1995) e documental (Witter, 1990). Uma instrução pública de excelência, que abarque a universalidade, configura-se como um imperativo para o progresso societário, entretanto, essa meta permanece como um desafio premente. Desse modo, como centralidade teórica trouxemos as ideias de Dourado (2007), Laval (2004) e demais autores orbitando a partir da perspectiva da análise compreensiva de Weber (2015). As mutações ocorridas ao longo da trajetória educacional evidenciam as rupturas nas diretrizes políticas educacionais, as quais frequentemente são instauradas como políticas governamentais, sem serem consolidadas como políticas de Estado, resultando, por conseguinte, na não concretização de seus desígnios. A análise das políticas educacionais direcionadas à formação docente figura como um passo preponderante para a apreensão das demandas por transformações nesse domínio, que ostenta um papel crucial na busca por uma instrução de qualidade.
