Background: The fixed-dose combination (FDC) of nivolumab (NIVO) + relatlimab (RELA) has shown clinical efficacy, safety, and tolerability in advanced melanoma for intravenous (IV) infusions. Subcutaneous (SC) administration may provide benefits over IV administration for patients and clinicians due to improved comfort and convenience, ease of administration, and reduced risk of complications such as infections. SC injections of NIVO + RELA are co-formulated with the recombinant human hyaluronidase PH20 enzyme (rHuPH20), which enhances drug permeation in the SC space, decreasing dose administration time.
