Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Trichoderma sp. is a soil microorganism that is commonly used as a biological control agents (BCA). The presence of Trichoderma sp. can be explored in various regions, however, not every isolate of Trichoderma sp. obtained in accordance with BCA quality standards. This study aims to test isolates of Trichoderma sp. Mangkubumi isolates based on BCA quality standards. The results showed that Trichoderma sp. which is propagated in solid media of ground corn has met the applicable quality standards to be used as (BCA). This is shown by the results of the verification component of Trichoderma sp. which are suitable, including a green product, a solid form that does not clump, the level of conidia density and viability is considered good. The density at dilution 10-3 was 7.5×107 conidia g-1, at dilution 10-4 was 5×108 conidia g-1, at dilution 10-5 was 2.5×109 conidia g-1. The viability at dilution 10-3 was 76.7%, at dilution 10-4 was 66.7%, at dilution 10-5 was 0.0%. Trichoderma sp. Mangkubumi isolates were assessed as having met quality standards for use as BCA.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
