Letwaru adalah sebuah kelurahan yang terletak di Kecamatan Kota Masohi, Ibu Kota dari Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, Provinsi Maluku, Indonesia. Luas wilayah Kelurahan Letwaru ini sekitar 0.70 km.2 dan memiliki penduduk ditahun 2020 berjumlah 6.405, dengan kepadatan penduduk 9.150 jiwa/km2. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana “Kajian Akses Air Bersih Pemukiman di Kelurahan Letwaru” (Kecamatan Kota Masohi). Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi, wawancara dan Kuisioner dengan melihat Kajian Akses Air Bersih Pemukiman masyarakat setempat dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebanyak 11 orang informan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dua jenis metedologi pengumpulan data, yaitu metode analisis deskriptif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pencapaian indicator yang terpenuhi dalam kajian akses air bersih pemukiman yaitu perbaikan kualitas air seperti Menetralisasi PH aerasi, penyaringan, pelunakan air sadah, sedimentasi, desinfeksi, pemanasan, sarana air bersih dan lingkungan. hasil persepsi masyarakat menunjukkan kajian akses air bersih pemukiman sudah berhasil dalam perbaikan kualitas air bersih.
