Dari permasalahan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Pengaruh Keberadaan Pelabuhan Tulehu Terhadap Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa-Desa di Kecamatan Salahutu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dan Apa Saja Dampak Yang Terjadi Pada Masyarakat. masih sangat di pertanyakan mengenai dampak baik atau buruk yang di timbulkan akibat adanya pelabuhan Tulehu tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini agar bisa mengetahui dengan cara menganalisis keberadaan pelabuhan Tulehu ini. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian yang berusaha mengambarkan dan mengiterprestasikan objek sesuai dengan kenyataan di lapangan baik deskriptif maupun interprestasi angka, sementara analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu berupa analisis deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif dengan mengunakan pendekatan silang (crosstabulation)
