Abstract
Cet article examine la relation entre l’application Facebook, de Meta Platforms Inc., et les journalistes francophones sous la loupe de l’hypothèse techno-féodale de Durand (2020) qui affirme que les grandes plateformes socionumériques établissent des rapports de prédation avec les médias d’information. Une analyse computationnelle des publications sur des pages Facebook administrées en Belgique, au Canada, en France et en Suisse nous permet d’étayer la capture infrastructurelle des médias opérée par Meta. Elle est suivie d’une analyse qualitative qui confirme que Meta remodèle les pratiques journalistiques et crée des nouvelles dynamiques d’extraction de la valeur.
