L'enseignement de l'Informatique est un enjeu majeur dans la formation des adultes de demain. Cependant, cette matière n'a été que tout récemment introduite ou le sera prochainement au sein de l’enseignement obligatoire dans de nombreux pays européens, et pour les pays et régions francophones en particulier. Le projet ERASMUS+ "Communauté d'Apprentissage de l'Informatique" a accompagné des enseignants qui sont et seront dès lors amenés à enseigner cette matière, qu'elle soit ou non couverte par leur formation initiale. Dans ce projet, nous nous sommes proposé de fédérer les besoins des enseignants au sein d’une Communauté de Pratique (Engeström et al, 2013) pour l’enseignement et l’apprentissage de l’Informatique. Nous tirons ici les leçons des trois années de projet et de ce qui a bien fonctionné en matière de création d'une communauté d'enseignants, et analysons les facteurs conjoncturels, pratiques et humains qui nous semblent importants pour favoriser sa réussite.
