الألكسيثيميا والاضطرابات النفسية الجسمية لدى المراهقين العاديين والأيتام: دراسة مقارنة

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى كل من الألكسيثيميا والاضطرابات النفسية الجسمية لدى عينة مكونة من (٢٣٤) مراهقاً، (١١٥) مراهقاً يتيماً و(١١٩) مراهقاً عادياً تم اختيارهم من خلال طريقة العينة المتيسرة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تكييف مقياس تورنتو (Toronto) للألكسيثيميا، وتطوير مقياس الاضطرابات النفسية الجسمية. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الألكسيثيميا لدى المراهقين الأيتام كان مرتفعاً، وكان منخفضاً لدى المراهقين العاديين. كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الاضطرابات النفسية الجسمية لدى المراهقين الأيتام كان متوسطاً، وكان منخفضاً لدى المراهقين العاديين. كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأوساط الحسابية للألكسيثيميا تٌعزى لتفاعل متغير حالة المراهق مع المستوى العمري، ووٌجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تٌعزى لتفاعل متغير حالة المراهق مع الجنس حيث كانت مؤشرات الألكسيثيميا لدى المراهقين الذكور على اختلاف حالتهم هي أعلى منها لدى الإناث. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأوساط الحسابية للاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية تعزى لتفاعل متغير حالة المراهق مع كل من الجنس والمستوى العمري. ووجدت علاقة إيجابية قوية ودالة إحصائياً بين مقياس الألكسيثيميا بجميع مجالاته، وبين مقياس الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية بجميع مجالاته. المصطلحات الأساسية: الألكسيثيميا، الاضطرابات النفسية الجسمية، المراهقون، الأيتام.
