Abstract
Cet article vise à mieux cerner la façon dont des fictions audiovisuelles contemporaines s’emparent d’une dynamique liant genre et IA. Tout se passe comme si le recours au féminin constituait un point d’accès métaphorique à la réflexion sur l’émergence d’une conscience et d’une puissance attribuables à l’IA : « la femme » comme symbole de l’« IA émergente ». Nous tâcherons donc d’interroger ce que l’assignation d’un genre féminin aux personnages d’IA fait aux représentations de l’Intelligence Artificielle, à la fois en termes d’amorces narratives et de possibilités de caractérisation, pour déterminer la portée exacte de l’enpowerment que ces fictions proposent.
