Abstract

Dans le cadre d’un projet visant le développement d’un dispositif d’autoformation dynamique pour l’innovation (DADI) consacré au développement du savoir technopédagogique disciplinaire des formateur·trice·s qui enseignent à distance au supérieur, une enquête a été menée dans des établissements d’enseignement supérieur québécois auprès de conseiller·ère·s pédagogiques et spécialistes en pédagogie numérique. Cette enquête s’intéresse aux pratiques et aux ressources de formation à privilégier pour favoriser le développement de leurs compétences numériques. Les résultats sont éclairés par une recension d’écrits qui portait sur les besoins de formation en formation à distance. Ces démarches ont permis d’élaborer un premier prototype de ce dispositif.
