En bref• Sustainable Peterborough (SP) est un réseau de collaboration communautaire composé de divers partenaires et organisations provenant de la ville, des cantons du comté et des Premières Nations de la région.• En 2012, SP a publié le Sustainable Peterborough Plan (SPP), qui abordait plusieurs thèmes tels que l'agriculture et l'alimentation locales, les collectivités en santé, les ressources culturelles, ainsi que le développement économique et l'emploi.La vision proposée dans ce plan était de devenir « des collectivités bienveillantes qui valorisent l'équilibre entre la prospérité, le bien-être et la nature ».
