Abstract
Si le parcours internationaliste du poète Nâzım Hikmet est bien connu, sa figure a éclipsé ses successeurs de l’historiographie des lettres turques. Or, depuis la fondation de l’Association des écrivains afro-asiatiques en 1958 à Tachkent, les écrivains communistes turcs ont pris part à ces réseaux tiers-mondistes placés sous l’égide soviétique. Les écrivains turcs avaient un statut ambivalent dans les associations afro-asiatiques, la Turquie n’étant ni un ancien pays colonisé, ni un État socialiste. Les communistes turcs étaient donc marginaux au sein de ces réseaux de solidarité anticolonialistes : à la fois orientaux et occidentaux, à la fois temporairement colonisés et tributaires d’un passé impérial, c’est davantage leur statut de communistes exilés et opprimés qui leur a permis de s’intégrer dans les organisations afro-asiatiques. Les correspondances, témoignages et archives du satiriste Aziz Nesin et du poète Ataol Behramoğlu sont mis en regard afin d’explorer cette hypothèse.
