Abstract
L'incubation entrepreneuriale est un nouveau mot dans l'cosystme de l'universit Marien Ngouabi (UMNG).En ralit, la culture congolaise a une prfrence pour le fonctionnariat due l'influence des annes de communisme.Parler de la cration d'entreprise consiste faire un tat des lieux sur la question.Pour l'UMNG, il est ncessaire de mettre en place un environnement de ple de princubation entrepreneuriale (PPE) pour accompagner les tudiants porteurs de projets.Premirement, il sera question d'espaces de travail, d'une quipe permanente, d'organiser des formations et en renforcement de capacits sur l'accompagnement des projets entrepreneuriaux, un accompagnement pour la mise en place d'un systme de mentorat au profit des tudiants.Deuximement, il mobilisera des quipes administratives et des enseignants sur des thmatiques de l'entrepreneuriat tudiant ; de l'organisation des comits de slection, du renforcement des offres de formations sur la culture entrepreneuriale, de la culture d'investissement et d'inclusion financire et enfin des actions de sensibilisation l'entrepreneuriat.Aprs avoir montr les avantages du PPE, nous examinerons comment celui deviendra la plate tournante de l'incubation au sein de l'UMNG.
