Abstract
En los últimos años, la obra de Joaquín Cociña y Cristóbal León ha llamado notoriamente la atención debido a sus animaciones y narraciones poco convencionales. Profundamente arraigada en la historia política de Chile, y especialmente en las atrocidades que ocurrieron durante décadas en Colonia Dignidad, su primera película, La Casa Lobo (2018), construye una narrativa en torno a la segregación, el miedo y el poder, esto a través de un lente de horror corporal. Este artículo analiza la película examinando la abyección y las diversas metamorfosis que ocurren dentro de los cuerpos, dando forma a la estética y los códigos de horror stop-motion de la película. Al hacerlo, revela un profundo comentario político entre la intermediación e intertextualidad de imágenes y personajes que aluden al cuento de hadas, la manipulación grotesca del cuerpo y las transformaciones transbiológicas.
