Cet article vise à mieux comprendre l’étape d’appropriation-interprétation du curriculum officiel par des enseignants en formation professionnelle et technique au Québec. À partir de données recueillies par l’entremise d’entrevues semi-dirigées auprès de conseillers pédagogiques et d’enseignants dans quatre programmes d’études des deux ordres d’enseignement, l’article présente les résultats comparés quant aux dispositifs en place et aux stratégies cognitives mobilisées. L’analyse réalisée avec l’apport de l’approche par les instruments montre les effets possibles du curriculum officiel sur le travail collectif des enseignants, soit la résistance, la réinterprétation ou le changement durable. Finalement, des pistes d’action sont proposées aux différents acteurs éducatifs.
