Abstract
Zamanın kudretli bir tanığı olarak, geçmişten günümüze uzanan zengin bir mirası temsil eden, birçok medeniyetin izlerini taşıyan Troia Antik Kenti, bilim insanlarının, arkeologların ve tarihçilerin merakını her zaman üzerinde toplamıştır. Bu antik yerleşim, aynı zamanda sanatçıları kendine çekerek onları geçmişin gizemli dünyasına doğru bir yolculuğa çıkarmıştır. Sanatçıların yaratıcılığını ve estetik anlayışını beslemiş, sanatsal çalışmalarında ilham kaynağı olmuştur. Çalışma kapsamında Troia temasıyla en az bir seri eser üreten Türk seramik sanatçılarının çalışmaları ele alınmıştır. Troia temalı seramik sanat eserlerinin tespit edilmesinde, dijital veri tabanları ve kütüphanelerden yapılan literatür taramasının yanı sıra saha araştırmasından da faydalanılmıştır. Eserlerin anlamlarının yorumlanması ve tarihsel bağlamının anlaşılmasında sanatçı görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Troia Antik Kenti ile aynı coğrafyayı paylaşmış sanatçıların, bu kenti temsil eden konuları daha sık işledikleri tespit edilmiştir. Üretilen eserlerde en çok Troia'nın zengin mitolojisinden esinlenildiği gözlenmiştir. Özellikle de, Troia mitolojinin en simgesel ögelerinden biri olan atın kullanımının sıklıkla tercih edildiği dikkati çekmiştir.
