Abstract
Dans cette volonté d’interroger l’art comme soin et de faire de ma pratique artistique un moyen d’émancipation et de mieux être, j’ai décidé en 2014 d’ouvrir mon champ d’action en reprenant des études pour devenir art-thérapeute et intervenir en établissement hospitalier. Il m’a semblé intéressant de poursuivre cette investigation en allant voir quelle place avait l’artiste en milieu de soin. C’est ainsi que je suis entrée en résidence d’artiste en 2018 au FAM Sainte-Geneviève. Cet article rend compte de mon expérience personnelle — ainsi que celle des résidents.e.s et personnel du FAM — et de l’importance de penser l’établissement comme tissu social humain dans lequel l’artiste a une place à tenir - artistique et citoyenne — dans cette communauté soignante.
