Nutrient and Hypoglycemic Effect of Carica papaya Seed Flour on Alloxan-Induced Diabetic Adult Male Wistar Rat
Bibliographic record
Abstract
NP (n ¼ 4) or 145 ug Insparin-NP (n¼4) at 12 noon, 6pm, 12 am or 6am.Two hours after the last injection, all 32 mice were fasted for 4h, followed by an oral glucose tolerance test (GTT).Results: Mice receiving Insparin 18h and 12h prior to GTT showed about 15% and 19% respectively faster blood glucose clearance compared with mice injected with Insparin-NP 6 h or 24 h before GTT, as determined by area under the glucose curve.Within the group, the mice injected with Insparin-NP 18h and 12h prior to GTT showed significantly faster blood glucose clearance following the glycemic load. Conclusions: It appears that the therapeutic effect of Insparin starts increasing at 6 h post injection, reaches maximizes in 12 -18 h and reduces by 24 h post injection. These observations suggest that administration of Insparin-NP 6 h before onset of the feeding cycle in mice will provide maximum anti-diabetic effect of Insparin.Further studies are warranted to test long term efficacy of Insparin administered at optimal times in relation to food intake to maximize its therapeutic effect.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
