Abstract
Capaian status perkembangan pada 152 kawasan transmigrasi belum mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Hasil evaluasi tahun 2023, dari 52 kawasan prioritas nasional didapatkan persentase kawasan transmigrasi prioritas nasional yaitu; 5,76% kawasan berdaya saing, 65,38% kawasan mandiri, dan 28% kawasan berkembang. Sedangkan 100 kawasan prioritas Kementerian didapatkan kawasan transmigrasi prioritas Kementerian yaitu; 0% kawasan berdaya saing, 23% kawasan mandiri, dan 77% kawasan berkembang. Olehnya, perlu dilaksanakan langkah-langkah konkrit untuk meningkatkan ekonomi dan status perkembangan kawasan transmigrasi baik dari keselarasan regulasi, dukungan pemerintah daerah serta sinergi dan kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan. Revisi atas lampiran Undang-undang 23 tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah adalah langkah tepat agar selaras dengan Undang-Undang 29 tahun 2009 tentang Ketransmigrasian untuk memberi peran dan ruang gerak pemerintah daerah yang lebih luas dalam mengembangkan wilayah yang merata dan berkeadilan.
