Abstract
Wprowadzenie Anatomicznie prawidłowe struny ścięgniste pochodzą z wierzchołkowej części mięśni brodawkowatych komór i są przymocowane do odpowiednich wolnych brzegów zastawek przedsionkowo-komorowych. Wraz z mięśniami brodawkowatymi przyczyniają się do skutecznego skurczu komór, tworząc tak zwaną ciągłość pierścieniowo-komorową. Cel pracy Ocena i analiza wpływu patologii strun ścięgnistych zastawek przedsionkowo-komorowych na obraz kliniczny pacjenta. Materiał i metody Systematyczny przegląd piśmiennictwa został przeprowadzony w bazach danych PubMed, Web of Science i Scopus zgodnie z wytycznymi PRISMA (Preferred Re-porting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis). Wyniki i wnioski Przegląd ten pozwolił nam wyróżnić sześć grup charakterystycznych zmian patologicznych strun ścięgnistych, takich jak pogrubienie, wydłużenie, skrócenie, zwłóknienie, całkowity brak lub zmiany histopatologiczne w strunach ścięgnistych. Większość przypadków wynikała z wrodzonych chorób podstawowych, a leczenie polegało głównie na korekcji chirurgicznej.
