Esta pesquisa visa sistematizar o entendimento da prática psicológica da Daseinsanalyse subjacente nas obras da psicóloga Bilê Tatit Sapienza, por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica. Após uma introdução ao tema, são sintetizados os processos psicoterapêuticos contemplados pela autora em seus livros. Em seguida, explicitamos a compreensão da terapia daseinsanalítica da autora, as competências exigidas para essa modalidade e a descrição da existência do paciente à luz da fundamentação filosófica que sustenta esta clínica. Concluímos que Sapienza, ao longo de sua obra, preocupa-se e preservar a seriedade da Daseinsanalyse, sendo sua proposta uma clínica voltada à aproximação genuína com cada paciente, favorecendo um vínculo que conduz às ressignificações, à mudança de olhar e ao surgimento de novas possibilidades da relação da existência com seu mundo.
