Dans ce texte, je reviens de façon personnelle sur mon parcours en tant qu’intellectuelle en soulignant l’apport de la pratique de la danse à ma recherche philosophique et scientifique. La rencontre avec la pensée de Richard Shusterman marque un point de renouvellement au niveau de ma recherche dans la mesure où le problème du dualisme entre le corps et la pensée y est traité de façon thématique et expérientielle afin de souligner la spécificité du pragmatisme et de la soma-esthétique. Selon cette perspective continuiste, le monde de l’art en général et les pratiques performatives en particulier sont mis au même niveau que les gestes de la vie ordinaire.
