Sistem Informasi Manajemen Proyek (SIMPRO) adalah suatu sistem yang dirancang khusus untuk mendukung perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemantauan, dan pengendalian proyek secara efektif. Sistem ini menyediakan platform yang terintegrasi untuk mengelola semua aspek proyek, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja proyek di PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI Unit Usaha Rimbo 2 melalui analisis dan implementasi Sistem Manajemen Proyek berbasis web. Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah lambatnya pemantauan progres harian, dengan pelaporan proyek yang masih menggunakan tulisan tangan dan diinput dalam file Excel, yang kemudian diberikan kepada manajer pada akhir bulan. Kendala ini membuat sulitnya manajer dalam memberikan laporan progres ke divisi lain. Metode penelitian menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan diagram use case untuk merancang sistem. Hasilnya adalah prototipe sistem manajemen proyek berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat mempercepat pemantauan progres harian, meningkatkan efisiensi pelaporan, dan memudahkan manajer dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada divisi lain.Adanya sistem ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi objek penelitian. Pertama, sistem memungkinkan pemantauan progres proyek secara real-time, menghilangkan keterlambatan dalam pelaporan bulanan. Kedua, mempermudah manajer dalam melaporkan progres kepada divisi lain, memastikan koordinasi yang lebih efektif. Dengan demikian, implementasi sistem manajemen proyek berbasis web di PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI Unit Usaha Rimbo 2 diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja proyek secara keseluruhan.
