Цель. Оценка влияния гидроксиникотиноилглутамата кальция на когнитивные и психоэмоциональные нарушения у пациентов с хронической ишемией головного мозга (ХИМ). Материалы и методы. Обследованы 50 пациентов в возрасте 50–75 лет с установленным диагнозом ХИМ II ст., обусловленной артериальной гипертонией и/или атеросклерозом мозговых артерий, 13 из них получали гидроксиникотиноилглутамат кальция внутривенно в течение 10 дней (группа I), 37 пациентов – 15 дней (группа II). В начале исследования, в день последнего введения, на 30-й и на 90-й день периода наблюдения использовали Монреальскую шкалу оценки когнитивных функций (МоСА), тест Спилбергера – Ханина и шкалу депрессии Бека. Результаты. В обеих группах отмечено статистически значимое увеличение оценки по шкале МоСА после проведенного лечения. Максимальная выраженность когнитивного улучшения достигнута к 90-му дню наблюдения. Тест Спилбергера – Ханина не выявил статистически значимых различий, что может указывать на возможное дополнительное направление исследований с большей дифференциацией групп пациентов. Результаты полученных статистически значимых различий по шкале депрессии Бека на 90-й день указывают на наличие антидепрессивного эффекта гидроксиникотиноилглутамата кальция. Заключение. Гидроксиникотиноилглутамат кальция демонстрирует перспективность терапии когнитивных и депрессивных расстройств при хронической ишемии головного мозга. Очевидно, что соблюдение надлежащей комплаентности применения препарата позволяет добиться большей эффективности лечения, а полный курс из 15 инъекций предпочтительнее укороченного курса. Purpose. Assessment of the effect of calcium hydroxynicotinoyl glutamate on cognitive and psychoemotional disorders in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia. Materials and methods. 50 patients aged 50–75 years were examined with a diagnosis of CHEM II art., caused by arterial hypertension and/or atherosclerosis of the cerebral arteries, 13 of them received the calcium hydroxynicotinoyl glutamate intravenously for 10 days (group I), 37 patients – 15 days (group II). At the beginning of the study, on the day of the last introduction, on the 30th and 90th day of the observation period, the Montreal Cognitive Function Assessment Scale (MoSA), the Spielberger-Hanin test and the Beck Depression Scale were used. Results. In both groups, there was a statistically significant increase in the MoHS score after the treatment. The maximum severity of cognitive improvement was achieved by the 90th day of observation. The Spielberger-Hanin test did not reveal statistically significant differences, which may indicate a possible additional direction of research with greater differentiation of patient groups. The results of the statistically significant differences obtained on the Beck depression scale on day 90 indicate the effectiveness of calcium hydroxynicotinoyl glutamate in reducing the manifestation of depression. Conclusion. Сalcium hydroxynicotinoyl glutamate demonstrates the promise of therapy for cognitive and depressive disorders in chronic cerebral ischemia. It is obvious that compliance with proper compliance with the use of the drug allows for more effective treatment, and a full course of 15 injections is preferable to a shortened course.
